We invite you to provide feedback on how departments can better meet your needs, sustain, and improve customer service, especially during the pandemic. We want to hear from you what works well and what needs additional attention in our departments.
How It Works
Your responses are confidential and you are requested only to rate the departments you received service from during the past 12 months. Each department takes approximately 2 to 3 minutes to rate. This year, 16 departments from Academic Affairs, Advancement, CFO, Health Sciences and Student Affairs have been included in the survey. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. Except to allow for the matching with your academic records, your identity will not be connected to your survey responses and the results of the survey will be reported only as aggregate data.
As a token of our appreciation for your time, you may select a UC San Diego mug or tote bag from the Bookstore when you complete the survey. You will receive an automated e-mail confirming the submission of your survey, which will also include your voucher. To redeem your gift, bring the printed voucher with the barcode, or show it on your mobile device, to the UC San Diego Bookstore. Gift items are limited (first 300 students to redeem) and while supplies last. You will also be automatically entered in a drawing to win one of five $25 Bookstore gift cards when you complete the survey. Winners will be announced on February 4 and February 18.
